Eligibility for Returns
- The product must have a manufacturing defect or damage not caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation (if applicable).
How to Request a Return

- Approval & Instructions – Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Shipping the Item – Ship the item back using the provided instructions. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Processing the Return – Once we receive the defective product, we will inspect it and issue either:
- A replacement (if stock is available)
- A full refund to your original payment method
Additional Notes
- If the defect is confirmed, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
- We do not accept returns for minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
- If the item is found to be in working condition or does not meet the defective return criteria, the return may be denied.
